01Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for paid plans and services across the Zyora Labs ecosystem (a division of Zyora Cloud). By purchasing a paid plan you agree to the terms below, which should be read together with our Terms of Use.
02Refund eligibility
Refunds are considered primarily in cases of service disruption on our side. You may be eligible for a refund where:
- There is a continuous delay or interruption in service of up to 3 days that is attributable to Zyora Labs and prevents you from using the service you paid for.
- A paid feature was charged but could not be delivered due to a fault on our side.
Refunds are not available for issues outside our control, for change of mind after a service has been delivered, or for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use.
03How to request a refund
To request a refund, raise a support ticket or email us with your account details, the plan or transaction in question, and a description of the issue:
- Email support@zyoralabs.com with the subject “Refund request”.
- Include your registered email, invoice / transaction ID and the reason.
The date your ticket is raised is treated as the “ticket date” for the timelines below.
04Investigation & processing timeline
Once you raise a refund request, the following timeline applies:
- Investigation — every refund request is reviewed through a proper investigation. We will initiate the refund review within 2 days from the date of the ticket.
- Decision — based on the investigation, we will determine whether the request meets the eligibility criteria above and inform you of the outcome.
- Processing — once a refund is accepted, it will be processed within 15 days from the date of acceptance. The amount is returned to your original payment method.
Note that the time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may additionally depend on your bank or payment provider.
05Cancellation of subscriptions
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not auto-renew thereafter.
- Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless it qualifies under the refund eligibility criteria above.
06Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be provided where:
- An account is banned or permanently deleted for illegal or immoral activity, as described in our Terms of Use — in such cases no refund will be processed for any remaining period or unused credits.
- The service was delivered as described and used as intended.
- The delay or disruption was caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
