By accessing or using any services provided by Zyora Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("Zyora Labs", "we", "us"), including our websites, APIs, products, and platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.

Zyora Labs provides AI infrastructure products and services including but not limited to:

ZSE (Zyora Serving Engine): GPU-native inference engine for model serving.

zLLM: Large language model hosting and API access.

zTunnel: Secure tunnel and deployment infrastructure.

zMesh: Backend-as-a-Service platform (authentication, database, storage, AI).

Service features, availability, and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Certain Services may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use our Services to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Generate, distribute, or store content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or other user accounts.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary software.

Use our AI models or APIs to build competing products without prior written consent.

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, documentation, branding, and content, remain the exclusive property of Zyora Labs.

Open-source components are governed by their respective licences (e.g., Apache 2.0, MIT).

You retain ownership of data and content you upload, but grant us a limited licence to process it as necessary to provide the Services.

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in the relevant documentation.

Exceeding usage limits may result in throttling, suspension, or additional charges.

We reserve the right to modify API endpoints, parameters, and response formats with reasonable notice.

Paid Services are billed as described on the relevant pricing page or agreement.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid Services.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyora Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyora Labs, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these terms.

Either party may terminate the use of Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
